Please have the enclosed Public Notice <br />published once in a local paper. <br />The following comments concern items of adequacy of your application: <br />1. A copy of the lease agreement giving Sundance Coal Company <br />right of entry to the property sVtould be submitted. <br />2. A written request for post-operational retention of the <br />sediment control features must be obtained from the landowner and <br />submitted to the Division. <br />3. What water source will be used for water spraying as part of <br />the dust control measures? <br />4. 1~1ap 2 indicates that there are some existing structures, tanks <br />and utility lines at the site. What is the current use of these <br />structures and what is to become of them? <br />5.
