' SQBDRBAN SAND AND GRAVEL Page 17
CONCRETE BATCB PLANT
!larch 6, 1992
4. ITS AFFECT DPON THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
' The neighborhood is one that is sparsely populated. The
facility Does not have a discordant effect. The effect on the
immediate area has not been drastic and in no case will it be out
of character for the area or surrounding uses.
5. ITS BFFECT ON THE FUTDRE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA.
Eventually the area west of Brighton Road will be developed
' for various forms of open space and recreation. By the time this
occurs, the batch plant facility will be removed. The present
character of Brighton Road indicates the frontage along the east
' will eventually develop as commercial and industrial with buffers
of multi-family residential leading to single-family dwellings.
Again, this is far enough in the future that current conditions
' will not exist at this site and the batch plant facility will have
been removed.
6. ITS AFFECT ON THS HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THS INHABITA-
' NTS OF THS AREA AND THE CODNTY.
We are acutely aware of our neighbors in the area and operate
this facility in strict compliance with all County, State and
' Federal laws regarding air and water pollution as well as other
health and safety standards. We ask for this addition in order to
reduce the mechanical hardship to the operator in having to
' relocating the plant away from the source material and to reduce
the economic hardship on our customers of hauling products longer
distances to job sites.
t The attached plot plan show the location of the Concrete Batch
Plant ont its parcel near Brighton Road. It is approximately 43
feet high at its highest point and is located on the plat as
~ shown.

1
1
1
1
Cl
