He explained that the <br />intent of the letter from the CHS to Sally Ctum, dated October 27, 2000, was that the CHS h <br />no fu!Ther concerns with PR-04. This is because the CHS ut:derstands dtst [here is [o be no <br />disturbance at site SDT 1325. The test [hit is mentioned ir, connection wi[h that site i6 one [o <br />for eligibility. Since it is not being disturbed, the test does not need to be performed.
