A 36-inch PAP pages 4-i, 4-ii, 4-72 <br /> culvert provides access to the <br /> air return. <br /> Portal 3 PAP pages 4-66i, 4-72 <br /> There will be no entrances to the mine from the south (PAP page 4-114). <br /> The mine was sealed in 1986 (PAP page 4-120). <br /> The Findings of RN-02, August 12, 1993, page 7, indicate that surface facilities were removed <br /> and the portals, shafts, exploration holes, and wells were sealed.
