Prior to the WorldCom project, I successfully acquired PCS antenna sites in Marin <br />County, for ashort-fused Sprint Spectrum project. During the four-month time frame for <br />acquisition, I leased twenty antenna sites. <br />Beginning on September 1st, 1989 and for 8 years thereafrer, I was a contract right-of- <br />way agent for Pacific I3ell covering Lake, Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa, Solano and Marin <br />Counties working from the Pacific Bell Santa Rosa Office. This is aside from the part- <br />time easement acquisition I did for the Pacific Bell Pronto project. <br />With Pacific Bell, my responsibilities were numerous. I researched easement lookups for <br />landowners. Mostly 1 acquired easements for pole lines, underground cables and <br />especially fiber-optic cabinets. I was the agent responsible for preparing the land owner <br />line list and acquiring easements and rights of way for the first Pacific Bell fiber-optic <br />cable from Petaluma to Napa; and from Santa Rosa to Sebastopol. I frequently interacted <br />with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), AT&T in addition to the various county & city <br />public works departments. I especially interacted with the City of Santa Rosa & the <br />County of Sonoma for approvals of sites for telecommunications facilities/ <br />From September of 1988 until September of 1989, I was a contract right-of--way agent for <br />the Wil-Tel fiber-optic cable project from Los Angeles to San Francisco. For this project <br />I prepared the proposed route ownership line list for Los Angeles & Ventura counties, <br />plus the title work for the fiber-optic huts along the route. And, I acquired easements in <br />Los Angeles County for the fiber-optic cable route. <br />Prior to that, Iwas aright-of--way agent, doing title work and securing easements, <br />temporary workspace and paying damages for AT&T fiber-optic cable installation <br />projects from Champaign, IL to Springfield, IL. Later, I was the lead right-of--way agent <br />on several projects in Ohio. Xenia, OH to Morgantown, IN, Xenia, OH to Cincinnati, <br />OH, Xenia, OH to Columbus, OH. I was an employee of Land Acquisition, Inc., they <br />were the land group for Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Engineering. <br />As a Petroleum Landman from 1980 to 1985, I prepared patent to present title reports and <br />did curative title work in the Rocky Mountain Region and Oklahoma. I acquired many oil <br />& gas leases in the Rocky Mountain Region and Oklahoma. In addition, I researched <br />Federal records for Federal O&G lottery winners. Plus, I am experienced in preparing <br />ownership maps showing O&G leasehold interests. <br />I am a Notary Public in California. <br />I have a current California real estate license and I am selling real property with Coldwell <br />Banker in Santa Rosa, California. <br />In 1971, 1 graduated from Southern Illinois University with Bachelor of Arts degree. <br />My office is equipped with a laptop computer & portable printer, stand-alone fax scanner. <br />I am very proficient at preparing documents using Microsoft Word and Word Perfect. <br />
