c. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />• Direct Impacts- Since there is no anticipated <br />surface disturbance on the proposed <br />modification area, no cultural inventories <br />were required. There are no direct, indirect <br />or cumulative impacts to cultural resources <br />identified. <br />Indirect Impacts- None have been identified. <br />Cumulative Impacts- None have been <br />identified. <br />d. FARM LANDS (prime or unique) <br />4 <br />The proposed lease area is not located within <br />an area identified as prime or unique farm <br />land. <br />e. FLOODPLAINS <br />No direct, indirect or cumulative impacts have <br />been identified. <br />• f. NATIVE AMERICAN RELIGIOUS CONCERNS <br />No identified sacred sites or traditional use <br />areas exist in the proposed lease area. With <br />mining of the proposed lease area being <br />totally underground, there will be no surface <br />impacts. Therefore, a specific consultation <br />is not warranted. <br />g.
