An area designated unsuitable for mining; <br />b. an area under study for designation as unsuitable for surface coal <br />mining; and <br />c. on any lands subject to prohibitions or limitations. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance. <br />XXIV. Demonstration that Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations <br />Can be Feasibly Accomplished - Rule 2.07.6(2>(b) <br />Based on information contained in the application, the Division finds that <br />surface coal mining and reclamation can be feasibly accomplished. Information <br />demonstrating the feasibility of the operation and reclamation plan can be <br />found in Section 2.05 of the permit application. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance. <br />XXV. Computability with Anticipated Adjacent Operations - Rule 2.07.6(2)(1) <br />The Carbon Junction proposed operation is not inconsistent with either <br />existing or anticipated operations in adjacent areas or any land use <br />restrictions. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance. <br />XXVI. Permit Fees - Rule 2.07.6(2)(0) <br />This section requires that the applicant has submitted proof that all <br />reclamation fees required by 30 CFR, Chapter VII, Subchapter R, have been paid <br />for all coal mining operations.
