Stipulation No. 11 is still active as of this date (Dec. 1992). The operator
needs to submit right-to-enter information for two areas currently within the
permit area prior to disturbing any lands in these areas. both areas are
located in the extreme north and/or east area of the pezmit. Stipulation No.
13 requires the stream staff gauges to be surveyed each year after runoff and
the information reported to the Division in July of each year. The operator
would like to submit Chis information with the AHR each year and will submit a
Minor revision to change this requirement if they so desire. Stipulations No.
27, 28, and 29 were attached with approval of entry development under Fish
Creek. Currently TR-14 hoe expanded mining under Fieh Creek to include
longwall mining and subsidence. Stipulation No. 32 requires TCC to submit the
approval documents from the Colorado Department of Health for the recently
approved waste water treatment facility at the main facility area.
Stipulation No. 33 requires TCC to coordinate and implement a plan for
investigation and/or protection of rock art site SRT345 prior to undermining.
