NONE OF THESE <br />PONDS MAY BE CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO FINAL DNISION APPROVAL <br />OF THE REVISION. <br />E. Acid-forming and Toxic-forming Spoil <br />No speciFic approvals aze granted under this section. <br />F. Impoundments <br />The applicant has not proposed the use of alternative design criteria and <br />specifications for impoundment design and construction. (4.05.9(4)- (6)) <br />G. Surface and Ground Water Monitoring <br />The applicant will conduct monitoring of ground water in a manner approved <br />by the Division. The ground water monitoring plan is outlined beginning on <br />page 2.05-108a of the permit app]ication and includes both alluvial wells and <br />bedrock wells. (4.05.13(1)) <br />2. The applicant will conduct monitoring of surface water in a manner approved <br />by the Division. The monitoring plan was submitted under 2.05.6(3)(b)(iv) <br />and is outlined beginning on pages 2.05-105 of the permit application and <br />includes surface water stations, springs and seeps, and stock ponds. <br />(4.05.13(2)) <br />H. Transfer of Wells <br />At this time, Lorencito Coal Company, LLC has not requested a transfer of an <br />exploration or monitoring well. (4.05.14 (3)) <br />23 <br />
