CYCC submitted the appropriate <br />information. <br />STIPULATION N0. 14 <br />WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE THE PERMITTEE SHALL INCORPORATE INTO THE <br />PERMIT DOCUMENT A DISCUSSION OF THE EXISTING STOCK WATERING POND. (THIS <br />DISCUSSION SHOULD INCLUDE THE SIZE OF THE POND, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DATA, <br />CONSTRUCTION DATE). <br />Status: Resolved (December 20, 1984). The requested discussion was <br />submitted by CYCC. <br />STIPULATION N0. 15 <br />WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE THE PERMITTEE SHALL PROVIDE THE DIVISION, TO <br />BE INCORPORATED INTO THE PERMIT DOCUMENT, A PLAN FOR CONTROLLING SEDIMENT FROM <br />THE DISTURBED AREA ABOVE THE HOMESTEAD IRRIGATION DITCH. <br />Status: Resolved (December 20, 1984). CYCC submitted a discussion of the <br />area to be reclaimed above the Homestead Ditch. Technical Revision <br />No. 1 replaced the initial plan to place straw bales with placement <br />of a silt fence above the ditch for sediment control. <br />STIPULATION N0. 16 <br />WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE COLORADO YAMPA COAL COMPANY SHALL PROVIDE <br />DOCUMENTATION OF THE ROUTT COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S DECISION REGARDING THE <br />PERMANENT RELOCATION OF COUNTY ROAD 179, OR PROVIDE A RECLAMATION PLAN FOR THE <br />ROAD. <br />Status: Resolved (February 18, 1985). CYCC submitted the appropriate <br />documentation. <br />The operation is in compliance with all stipulations. <br />VI. Bonding <br />The Division has reviewed the reclamation performance bond for the CYCC Mine <br />No. 3 in accordance with Rule 3.02.2(4). The current performance bond for the <br />CYCC Mine No. 3 Mine is 53,732,700.
