Dan Mathews Letter
Page 2
Bob Grohs or Harold could also accompany your inspector.
I think it would be better if you could make your inspection
without a Coors' representative and later contacted Bob or me
for signatures and discussions, but this is completely up to
your inspector. The reclamation crew will be working Monday
thru Thursday. On Fridays, only coal haulers will be in and
out.
Tom Eamons will again be responsible far our vegetation
monitoring in August. He will also be training us and be
assisted by both Bob and me in this area of reclamation.
We trust this arrangement will be satisfactory. There
should be no new hazards that you would be unaware of until
such time as demolition of the tipple"c'ommences. We would
presume that this area would be of little interest to you and
that you would not have to avoid any areas that need
inspecting because of potential hazards or the absence of a
Coors' representative. If appropriate, a later inspection can
always be arranged with Bob or me.
Since ely,
J hn Althouse
Mining Engineer
JA/jf
Attachment
cc: (Without Attachment)
L.
