This package is a total package from the Craig <br />District Office of the Bureau of Land Management. <br />The first area that needs to be commented on is the list of Federal leases <br />included on the subject transmittal, i.e., C-023703, D-047201, C-028775, <br />C-0126669, This list is incorrect and should be as follows: C-023703, <br />D-047201, C-0126669, C-8424, C-8425. These are the leases included in the <br />submitted Resource Recovery and Protection Plan (R2P2) and are the areas <br />that Western Fuel s-Utah, Inc. is trying to permit. <br />Analysis of the Resource Recovery and Protection Plan (R2P2 <br />Western Fuels-Utah, Inc. submitted an R2P2 package on September 16, 1985, <br />to the Craig District office of the Bureau of Land Management. Since its <br />submission the R2P2 package has been thoroughly reviewed and analyzed by <br />the staff at this office. The submitted R2P2 has been found to be <br />complete antl technically accurate.
