O'Connor August 8, 1996 <br />Re: West Valley Fill <br />As you will note, we have decided to have WESTEC complete the <br />design, combined with a review of the design by Balaz & Associates. <br />Balaz & Associates proposes to use Lincoln Devore, Inc. for the <br />geotechnical and slope stability analysis. Balaz & Associates will <br />do the permitting on the West Valley Fill. <br />I am also planning <br />Construction, as the <br />Pecharich, Surface S <br />Creek Mine available <br />bring common sense <br />discussions. <br />on having Chuck Chesnik, of C.M. Chesnik <br />probable construction contractor, and Bill <br />Iperintendent for operations of the Sanborn <br />for the site visit.
