Balaz & Associates proposes to use Lincoln Devore, Inc. for the geotechnical and slope stability analysis. Balaz & Associates will do the permitting on the West Valley Fill. I am also planning Construction, as the Pecharich, Surface S Creek Mine available bring common sense discussions. on having Chuck Chesnik, of C.M. Chesnik probable construction contractor, and Bill Iperintendent for operations of the Sanborn for the site visit. These two people will and workability to the outcome of the A new coal waste disposal area is necessary for continued operations at the Sanborn Creek Mine in the next year, regardless of the mining method and possible expansion of surface facilities. I look forward to this next step in the process of providing a long-term, workable solution for the proper disposal of coal waste at the Sanborn Creek Mine.
