<, <br />Permit No.: CO-0043168 <br />County: Gilpin <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compli+ince with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, <br />(25-8-101 et. seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) and the Federal Water Pollution <br />Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq.; the "Act") the <br />GOLDEN MILE JOINT VENTURE <br />is authorized to discharge from the Bates Hunter Mine Wastewater Treatment <br />System <br />located at the junction of Gregory Steet and Lawrence Street in Central City, CO <br />in T3S, R73W, as shown in figures 1, 2, and 3 of the permit. <br />to Gregory Gulch <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions set forth in Part I, and II hereof. All discharges authorized herein <br />shall be consistant with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />Ti+e applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the <br />issuance of the final permit determination, per Regulation for the State <br />Discharge Peimi[ System 6.8.0 (1~. Should the applicant choose co contest any <br />of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions <br />contained herein, the applicant must comply with Section 24-!a-104 CRS 197? and <br />the Regulation for the State Discharge Permit System.
