In CF&I Steel's opinion, the Reclamation C:laitaants <br />not list~:d on Exhibit A to the Memorandum do not hold valid <br />reclamation claims against it; the Reclamation Claimants not <br />listed or: Exhibit A to the Memorandum consist of the followir.~g <br />entities (amount of alleged reclamation claim in parenthesis): <br />American Mineral Sales ($17,538.75), Cyprus Minerals ($2,252.16), <br />Dixon Paper Co.($705.12), Eggelhof Inc. ($1,527.50), Maxtec <br />International ($1,900.08), Milacron ($1,487.59), National <br />Materials Trading ($400,084.52), Nationwide Papers($404.41), 1JCAR <br />($161,574.,12), and Wagner-Insul Company (76,011.47). This Motion <br />does not [:eek to adjudicate the reclamation claims of Recl.amat:ion <br />Claimants not listed on Exhibit A. CF&I Steel will not litigate <br />as part of this motion any of these reclamation claims. CF6I <br />Steel intends to seek other resolution of such claims and <br />reserves the right to file a separate motion with respect •to such <br />claims. <br />11. CF&I Steel's analysis with respect to reclamation <br />claims, including a full explanation of the analysis and facts <br />set forth in Exhibit A, is set forth in detail in the Memozandum. <br />12. With respect to those Reclamation Claimants who <br />have valid reclamation rights against CFI Steel, CF6I is unable <br />to return their goods.
