The applicant shall submit a Flood Hazard Development Permit for conducting <br />mining activities within the 100-year floodplain which alter the course of the river <br />within 90 days of authorization to alter said river course being granted by the <br />requisite Federal and State agencies with oversight. <br />4. The applicant shall file an updated Mined Land Wildlife Statement/Evaluation <br />reflecting the proposed reclamation for the additional acreage being received from <br />the State. Said Statement/Evaluation shall be submitted to the Department of <br />Planning and Development within sixty days of the closing and consumation of the <br />Land Exchange Contract between Valco, Inc., or their assigns or heirs, and the <br />State of Colorado or their assigns or heirs. <br />5. The applicant shall file a copy of their Annual Mined Land Reclamation Report with <br />the Department of Planning and Development at the time it is submitted to the State <br />of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />6.
