Long <br />Division Dueclor <br />While reviewing the permit file for Pit No. 3, I came across the enclosed letter from the Colorado Division of <br />Water Resources that indicates their approval of the application with the condition that evaporative water losses, <br />from the surface of the Stage 3 pond, be replaced.
