Considering the relative hazdships imposed on the parties by holding the <br />hearing in February, it is appropriate that the Board continue this matter <br />until its March hearing and extend the deadline for written submittals. <br />ORDER <br />Based on the foregoing facts and conclusions of law, the Board orders that the <br />hearing to consider the Petition for Reconsideration of Haldorson and Sons, Inc., <br />originally scheduled for Febmary 25-26, 2004, is hereby continued to the Board's <br />March 30-31, 2004 meeting in Denver, Colorado. The Board further orders that <br />the deadline for submitting written materials in support of or in opposition to the <br />Petition for Reconsideration shall be extended from February 16, 2004 to March <br />1, 2004.
