The continued cessation of operations at the Canadian Strip has <br />caused the Division to question whether an assessment of bonding costs <br />for the existing condition of the mine, given no additional mining is <br />not appropriate. The Division feels that Wyoming Fue] should provide <br />cost estimates for this scenario in addition to the worst case <br />conditions anticipated under the approved mine plan. <br />The bonding submittal should include, at a minimum; appropriate maps <br />illustrating the current and worst-case bonding conditions; tables of material <br />volumes to be moved and replaced, equipment production rates (based on <br />published data}; and equipment costs, including labor, rental, and operating <br />(based on published data). <br />Revision date: The timetable for revision of the bond calculations is <br />November 1, 1984.
