The PertniUee, Western Mobile Northern, Inc. desires to ccnduct a minvLg operation Imam as <br />Loveland Pit, for the purpose of extracting Sand and gravel. On August 24, 2000 the Mined Land Reclarnatian Board (the "Board's approved the <br />Pertnittee's application for this permit, fixed tfie amoLmt afdLe finatrcial warranty and directed that this pemut be <br />issued upon the filvrg with the Divisicn of Minerals and Geology (the "Division's of perfomLarLce wartanty and <br />financial warranty (or wartartties) in the amount so fixed in fomr and substance approved by the Division. Said <br />wartarrties have bear filed with the Division. <br />C. ffthe Pertnittee desires to e#rad materials otherthan those Gs[ed rtL (A), a separate permit may <br />be required. <br />D.
