Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />During a recent review of the Loveland Pit file, the Division discovered stipulations that were placed on <br />approval of the original pem3it approval (Stipulations No. 1-3). Attached is a letter from the Division to <br />Western Mobile Northern, Inc. regarding the conditions placed on approval of the Pem3it dated April 3Q 2001. <br />The Division could find no evidence in our files that any of these stipulations have been complied with by <br />Western Mobile Northern, Inc. or its successor Lafazge West, Inc. Please review the list of stipulations, and <br />inform the Division as to their status. To avoid potential future enforcement actions for non-compliance with <br />State Statutes, Rules and Regulations, and/or conditions specified in your permit for this site, documentation <br />of compliance for each stipulation must be submitted to our office by October 29, 2004. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-4943. <br />Since <br />~~ <br />'Erica S.
