• <br />be permitted only between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. During such periods of blasting, each blast shall <br />be limited to 6,000 pounds per delay. <br />2. No hauling of material shall be permitted on Sundays, <br />due to the increased traffic congestion it would cause, except in the <br />case of a local or national emergency. Adequate precautions shall be <br />taken by the applicant to insure that trucks leaving the quarry shall <br />have' loads secured and outside truck bodies cleared of material prior <br />to leaving the quarry, Present safety precautions along the access <br />road from Colorado Highway No. 8, such as mirrors, shall be maintained. <br />3. The applicant shall continue to maintain adequate fenc- <br />ing and posting of same around the quarry between the surrounding public <br /> <br />par}:s and the quarry. <br />4. That the present configurations, number and type of crush- <br />ers and conveyors shall not be altered without prior permission of this <br />Board. <br />5. That the Leonard Rice Water Engineering, Inc. study, dated <br />April, 1975, presented a total of three drainage plans for the operation. <br />When the applicant decides on the plan it will fellow, the applicant <br />sha:Ll present said plan to the Board as its final drainage plan. There- <br />after, any modification or alteration of said plan shall be brought to <br />the Board for its review prior to implementation. In the interim, between <br />the date of this Resolution and the date when the applicant decides on <br />its final drainage plan, the present drainage plan shall remain in force <br />and effect. The applicant shall not allow sediment to accumulate in any <br />of the detention ponds. All such ponds are to be cleaned and maintained <br />on a regular basis. <br />6. That the slopes along the cuts and fills on the access <br />road from Colorado Highway No. 8 shall be seeded and reseeded until <br />gro•~ath acceptable to the Board of Adjustment is established. <br />7.
