During such periods of blasting, each blast shall <br />be limited to 6,000 pounds per delay. <br />2. No hauling of material shall be permitted on Sundays, <br />due to the increased traffic congestion it would cause, except in the <br />case of a local or national emergency. That the Leonard Rice Water Engineering, Inc. study, dated <br />April, 1975, presented a total of three drainage plans for the operation. <br />When the applicant decides on the plan it will fellow, the applicant <br />sha:Ll present said plan to the Board as its final drainage plan. There- <br />after, any modification or alteration of said plan shall be brought to <br />the Board for its review prior to implementation. In the interim, between <br />the date of this Resolution and the date when the applicant decides on <br />its final drainage plan, the present drainage plan shall remain in force <br />and effect.
