The items are the following:
1. GEC Issues: Fire and Weckerling Bond
Both of these issues were researched last fall, and will both
be formally addressed in writing this week. I have been
assured by my new senior that this issue is being overseen by
Steve Renner and an immediate response will be forthcoming.
Again, I apologize for the delay in responding to these items.
2. Permit Renewal and Findings Document
A copy of the Findings Document is being sent along with the
final permit renewal document that Mike Long has signed.
Sorry for the delay in getting it to your office.
3. Vento Sooil Pile Regradin
Regarding the Vento spoil pile, I am still awaiting the
photographs to illustrate the situation to my new supervisor,
Dave Berry. Hopefully by Monday, February 14th (Happy
Valentines Day!), I will have some guidelines on how to
proceed with this issue.
4. Hydrologic Calculations
Enclosed please find the hydrologic calculations that I
discovered in the files for the Newlin Creek road ditches and
diversion ditches. It may be helpful in the future should the
road/ditch issue be raised again.
~II ~I~~II~I~~~~~~I~
STATE OF COLORADO
