<br />2512.105. ~olatlon of Injunctlon - penahy. My violation or disobtxfience
<br />of any injunnion or order expressly provided for by section 2512.100 shag
<br />be punished as a contempt of court by a Bne of not less than one hundred
<br />dollars oor more than two thousand do0ars. Fach day in which an individual
<br />is in violation of the injunction established by the court shall constitute a
<br />xparate of[enx. The court shall give considvation in any such cox to the
<br />practical difficulties involved with respect to effecting compliance with the

<br />thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more
<br />than three hundred dollars.

<br />2512-107. Powers of lord authoritin. (1) Counties or municipalities
<br />may adopt resolutions or ordinances prohibiting the operation o(motor vehi-
<br />cles within their rnpective jurisdictions which produce noix in excess of
<br />the sound levels in decibels, measured on the "A" xale on a standard sound
<br />level meter having characteristta established by the American National Stan-
<br />dards Irtstitute, Publication 51.4 - 1911, and measured at a distance of fifty
<br />feet (rum the txotcr of the lane of travel, or fifty feet or more from a vehicle
<br />designed For oR-highway use and within the speed limits spccif~ed in this

<br />is not equipped with an identification plate or marking bearing the
<br />manufacturer's name and manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating shall be
<br />considered as having a manufacttuer's gross vehicle weight rating of six thou-
<br />sand pounds or more it the unladen weight is more than five thousand
<br />pounds.
