TECHNICAL REVISION STIPULATIONS AND PROPOSED ACTIONS <br />APRIL 1 <br />LIST OF STIPULATIONS DEADLINE PLAN OF ACTION <br />The applicant must provide confirmation <br />from the Fremont County Commissioners that <br />all roads outside of the disturbed area to <br />be used by GEC Minerals, Inc. in this re- <br />vision, are county owned or the applicant <br />must supply adequate plans to the Division <br />for roads in accordance-with Rule-4.03-prior <br />to mining in this area. <br />2. The applicant must develop in conjunction <br />with the Division, reclamation standards <br />for assessing success in achieving the <br />backfillin9 and grading and revegetation <br />success within one month of final approval <br />of this revision. <br />An amendment must be made to the land <br />description of the existing bond to in- <br />clude the additional area of this Technical <br />Revision prior to mining in Phase I of the <br />Cherokee/Pittsburgh area. <br />MAY 1, 1983 A letter has been received dated April <br />12, 1983, which was ussued to GEC by <br />Fremont County Commissioners regarding <br />the County Road 94 to be used by GEC <br />for proposed haul road for the Cherokee/ <br />Pittsburgh lease are. This letter will be <br />- __ _ _- - _- - -- -sent-to-the-MLRD-immediately.-- - - --- - <br />MAY 1, 1983 David L. Patch, soil consultant with <br />GEC has collected several soil samples <br />in these areas, in order to be used to <br />establish the base information for future <br />reclamation successful standards. By the <br />end of April a draft standard shall be <br />ready to submit to the MLRD for reviewing. <br />MAY 1, 1983 An amendment will be made to include the <br />Phase I of the Cherokee/Pittsburgh area <br />as part of the existing bond by the end <br />of April 1983. even if there will be no <br />bond increase required for the approved <br />Technical Revision. <br />
