A technical revision application <br />addressing the various reclamation plan amendments has not yet been submitted. <br />MR-69 proposed decision was issued July 25, 2005. The revision authorized installation of a septic <br />system for the former office building on the lower facility area level at the South Portal area, to <br />accommodate the current use of the building as a roadside fruit stand. The revision also incorporated <br />the applicable Mesa County Health Dept. permit into the DMG permit application. Additional <br />reclamation bond in the amount of $5848.00 was necessary, and was properly posted. A surety rider <br />from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, to Bond No. 014-018-026, increased the reclamation bond <br />amount from 51,797,639.00 to 51,803,487.00. <br />Permit Revisions-None processed since RN-4 approval <br />Succession of Operators-None processed since RN-4 approval. <br />Surety Increases-None processed since RN-4 approval. <br />Bond Releases <br />SL-02 proposed approval decision was issued August 14, 2003, and is summarized in the August 26, <br />2003 RN-4 Findings document. The bond release review process is described in detail in the August <br />14, 2003 proposed decision and findings for Partial Phase 1 Bond Release Application SL-02. The <br />decision to approve the bond release became final on October 27, 2003. As a result of the bond <br />release decision, the reclamation liability was reduced by S1,466,510.00, resulting in a remaining <br />liability amount of 51,797,639.00. <br />6 <br />
