It has a total area of approximately 58.5 acres and a
' gravel pit area of approximately 21.9 acres. The proposed addition to the
existing gravel pit is the Lucero Property to the north. The surrounding terrain on
' the west side of CR 521 has an elevation gain to the north making the Lucero
' Property higher than the existing pit by about 30 feet to 40 feet. The property
to the south is generally flat. There are rolling hills on the east side of CR 521
' in the vicinity of the site.
