The intersection of CR 521 and Gosney Access road should have <br />an ingress right turn deceleration lane and an egress right turn <br />acceleration added. <br />2. There is no requirement to add any left turn speed change lanes <br />to the site access from a capacity or level-of-service consideration <br />however, a flagger may be required after 10 years to aid trucks <br />turning onto CR 521 northbound from the site. <br />3. The total Flexible E 18's generated by the gravel pit expansion <br />and operations consolidation is 140,768 over the next 20 years. <br />This represents 4.2% of the total Flexible E 18's applied to the <br />section of CR 521 to the north of the site and 2.8% of the total <br />Flexible E 18's applied to the south of the site for an average of <br />3.5% over the total project. <br />4. The Gosney & Sons, Inc. share of the road improvement costs <br />along CR 521 is 3.5% of the budgeted amount of $625,000, or <br />$22,400. <br />27 <br />
