Quinn, Inc., DBA Stone Forge, owner of said claim, a State permitted and bonded operation situated in Douglas County, Colorado, T.105, R,69W, 5.34 (north z), 6th PM, did locate and stake on Public Land on October 1; 2003, in compliance with the 1872 and subsequent Federal Mining Laws, the five acre Stone Forge Aggregate Mill Site, situated along the access road to Quinn Quarry, where it leaves Forest Road 348, and from thence southeasterly up toward the hillside Quarry Site. Information packet and maps enclosed. May 2000, the access road to Quinn Quarry was blocked off from public and recreational vehicular use by a cable fence and locked gate put there by the U.S. Forest Servi^e, while re- maining open to Quinn Quarry trucking, For exple cation, see attached Forest.Service letter, File Code 7700, April 19,2000. Enclosed also, recorded Stone Forge Affidavit (seven pages), Location Certificate (one page), and Mill Site Notice (one page). Information Packets hand delivered on November, 2003, to: Bureau of Land Management, Colorado Mined Lan Reclamation Board, Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, and U.S. Forest Service.
