A re•:'_=_•: of the affects on sensitive species is <br />documented in the Biological Eval•.:tion, Mountain Coal Company Box Canyon <br />Tract Coal Lease Application CCC-5647. As a result of this evaluation and <br />mitigation recommendations, it is our determination chat the proposed <br />action co lease the Box Canyon Tract will have "no impact" on the northern <br />leopard £rog, tiger salamander, Townsend's big-eared bat, and spotted bat <br />and "may impact individuals but is not likely co cause a trend toward <br />Federal listing or loss of viability" on the northern goshawk, flammulaced <br />owl, levis' woodpecker, loggerhead shrike, flannelmouth sucker and <br />roundtail chub. <br />• <br />
