The operation is <br />currently complying with the three stipulaticns listed below. <br />Stipulation No. 6 <br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL REGULARLY MONITOR THE SURFACE STABILITY OF THE <br />BACKFILLED AREA OF THE MEADOWS N0. 1 MINE, REPRESENTED IN THIS REVISION. <br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL SUBP~tIT THESE MONITORING REPORTS AND A SUhP1ARY OF SUCH <br />OBSERVATIONS ANNUALLY TO THE DIVISION. SHOULD STABILITY PROBLEMS ARISE, <br />THE PERMITTEE WILL RECTIFY SUCH PROBLEMS AS DIRECTED BY THE DIVISION. <br />-2- <br />
