EXHIBIT A <br />SLOPE NORK PLAN <br />1. Construct one catch fence approximately 50 feet uphill from the <br />house and approximately 150 feet long. <br />2. Construct one catch berm approximately eight feet wide by <br />approximately 300 feet long, approximately 20 feet above the catch fence. <br />3. Construct one catch berm approximately ten to 15 feet wide and <br />approximately 500 feet long above the catch berm, described in Number 2, and <br />as close to the large rocks as possible. <br />4. Construct one cable basket around the rack area identified <br />previously by the parties and anchor it with a double deadman anchor. <br />5. The attached map, marked Figure 1, shows the approximate locations <br />of the work described above. <br />
