Peabody agrees that it has prepared The Plan and that it will <br />perform all reasonable and necessary work to implement The Plan. <br />4. Peabody agrees to complete The Plan within a reasonable time. <br />5. Thereafter, Peabody agrees to inspect the area covered by The <br />Plan on a quarterly basis until the earliest of the fallowing occurs: <br />a) blasting operations are no longer conducted within Sections 15, 22 <br />and 23 of T5N, R88W in Routt County, Colorado, or b) until both parties <br />agree in writing that the quarterly inspection will no longer be <br />performed. <br />6.
