This letter transmits the formal request for concurrence by the Office of Mined Land <br />Reclamation. <br />As background, the Drain Cover Fill grain-size distribution specifications are contained in the <br />"Earthworks" section of the specifications, pages 02200.0-4 and 02200.0-5. The use of the <br />materials is also discussed on pages 02200.0-14 and 02200.0-15 of the same section. The <br />pertinent specifications and descriptions are repeated below. <br />Earthworks Section 02200.0: <br />"6.
