Fish and Wildlife: The information concerning <br />fish and wildlife can be found in the Environ- <br />mental Analysis prepared by the U.S.G.S. (Exhibit 7) <br />2. Prime Farmland: As outlined in Section 2.04.12 (3) <br />of the regulations, the applicant requests a neg- <br />ative determination for the following reasons: <br />a. The land has not been historically used as <br />cropland. <br />b. The slope of the land is greater than 108. <br />c. The land is not irrigated or naturally sub- <br />irrigated. <br />3. Reclamation: Reclamation will begin immediately <br />following closure of the mine. The mine area and <br />the sedimentation pond will be re-graded to pre- <br />mining conditions as shown on the attached <br />plans. The roadways will be left to provide access <br />for the landowners. The mine opening will be col- <br />lapsed and graded to match the surrounding hill- <br />side. Topsoil will be distributed over the dis- <br />turbed areas at an average depth of six (6) inches. <br />ENGLEWOOO - GRAND JUNCTION <br />
