This permit is <br />valid and we hold a surety bond to cover reclamation, but there is a <br />stipulation to the permit regarding the use and enlargement of the <br />tailings pond. <br />If the newspaper article is correct in that you are the new owner of this <br />mine, I would suggest that you arrange to complete a succession of <br />operator transaction between yourselves and this agency. Otherwise, <br />Federal Resources will remain responsible for all activities at the site. <br />Enclosed is the appropriate Succession of Operator form.
