The Boazd made findings; and based on those <br />findings, APPROVED the Special Use subiect to conditions: <br />FINDINGS: <br />That the proposed project can be found in conformance with good planning <br />practice, and <br />2. That the application materials have been found to present a cleat picture of how <br />uses are to be developed and arranged on the site,, and <br />3. That it can be determined that the site plan and the textual information do conform <br />to the district design standazds of these regulations, as established for gravel mining <br />operations in Section XII of the County Zoning Resolution, and <br />4. That with the addition of the conditions precedent provided, all on-site and off-site <br />impacts will have been satisfactorily mitigated, and <br />5. That the applicant has discussed the financial resources that are required by the <br />State to implement the reclamation part of the project, and <br />6. That, subject to the recommended conditions, the proposed special use could be <br />determined to promote the best interest of the general public's heath, safety, and <br />welfare as set by state and county regulation, and <br />7.
