Alternatively, if the Board decides that it would be in the best interest of the citizens of <br />Montrose County to DENY the special use request, or any portion thereof, the denial <br />should be supported by appropriate findings of act. In such event, tt is recommended <br />that the motion be to "take the matter under advisement" in order to allow time for Staff <br />to prepare findings of fact for Board consideration at a future regularly scheduled <br />meeting. <br />NOTE: Unless otherwise noted in the conditions, a Special Use will run with the land <br />and will inure to the property owner's heirs, successors, and assigns.
