Technical Revision No. 19 was received August 18, 1992, and included certification of consUvction
for Pond 005. The revision was approved on November 16, 1992.
Technical Revision No. 20 was received October 7, 1992, and included construction certification
for Haul Road G. The revision was approved on November 16, 1992.
Minor Revision No. 15 was received March 8, 1991, and proposed expansion of Topsoil Stockpile
N, and a resulting increase in total mine related disturbance. The revision was denied on March
15, 1991, since the proposal required submittal of a technical revision.
Minor Revision No. 16 was received May 8, 1991,.requesting permission to relocate culvert A-8.
The revision was approved May 29, 1991.
Minor Revision No. 17 was received January 8, 1992, and included reformatted pages which were
previously approved in Technical Revisions No. I1 and No. 12. The revision was approved on
January 17, 1992.
Minor Revision No. 18 was issued in the field on January 16, 1993. The revision included
relocation of culvert F-3 and construction of a sediment catchment sump at the base of Topsoil
Stockpile GG. Approval of the culvert relocation was later rescinded, resulting in partial approval
of the revision on March 3, 1992.
Minor Revision No. 19 was received on Apri130, 1992, and informed the Division of dewatering
of trenches for the construction of the embanlonent of Pond 005. The revision was approved on
May 4, 1992.
Minor Revision No. 20 was received May 26, 1992, in response to Stipulation 19 placed on the
permit at the time of approval of Technical Revision 16. The submittal included results of a
geotechnical investigation of the Road G and Pond 005, and proposed stability monitoring locations.
The revision was approved on June 4, 1992.
Minor Revision No. 21 was received August 21, 1992, and included a proposed mining sequence
change in the neck area between the north and south blocks. The revision was approved on August
26, 1992.
Minor Revision No. 22 was received April 19, 1993, and included a monitoring plan for the
landslide between Road A and the Pond 006 spillway. The revision was approved May 7, 1993.
Minor Revision No. 23 was received May 13, 1993, and included proposed exploration activities
for the Dry Creek underground reserves within the Seneca II-W Mine permit boundary. The
revision was approved May 28, 1993.
Minor Revision No. 24 was n~eived June 25, 1993, and included plans for repair of the Road
A/Pond 006 IandsGde. The revision was approved July 29, 1993.
