Special Use Permit No. 96-07--Installation and Operation of a Portable Asphalt Hot Mix
Plant in A-1 Zone District
Dear Mr. Sliman:
Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its public meeting held
on March 26, 1996, voted to approve Special Use Permit No. 96-07 with the following
conditions:
1. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and Development with a
copy of any and all local, state, and federal applications, permits, or amendments
pertaining to SUP 96-07 within 30 days of their submittal or approval. This includes,
but is not limited to, MLRB, 404/401, water well, air quality, and CPDES permits.
2. The applicant shall abide by all permits and plans submitted to Federal, State, and
local agencies. Any violation of a permit or plan shall result in the scheduling of a
Show/Cause Hearing to consider the revocation of Special Use Permit No. 96-07.
3. Special Use Permit No. 96-07 shall be placed on a one-year review.
