<br />V. B. ROBINSON BRICK RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Provide all materials and the necessary <br />labor as indicated on the planting plan. <br />2. Provide SCS access to the field planting <br />site upon request. <br />3. Provide annual maintenance as needed to <br />the field planting sites. The following <br />maintenance items will be performed: <br />a. Fencing - checked & maintained as needed. <br />b. Drip irrigation system checked and main- <br />tained as needed. <br />c. Fertilizer re-applications - the same <br />fertilizer application as mentioned in <br />Section III will be re-applied annually <br />for the next 3 consecutive years after <br />the initial fertilizer application at <br />planting time. The fertilizer re-appli- <br />cations should be carried out between <br />June 15 and July 1 of each year. <br />4. Construct an electric fence, or its equivalent, <br />around the planting {refer to location map) to <br />completely exclude all livestock and vehicle <br />use, where necessary. <br />5. During dry periods of the growing season apply <br />supplemental irrigation water to the planting. <br />Application of the water will be by use of <br />drip irrigation system at a slow enough rate <br />which will not cause surface erosion. <br />
