For complete requirements see the Teller County Land Use Regulations" <br />Completed application, indicating the section of these regulations underwhich the permit is <br />sought, and stating the grounds on which the permit is requested. The appropriate fee is due <br />at the time of application submission. <br />The application form requires inclusion of the Parcel Number of the subject property. The <br />Parcel Number is the Assessor's iD Number for the property. This Number appears on your <br />annual tax notices, or notices of valuation. The number may also be obtained by calling the <br />Assessor's office with the legal description of the property. <br />2. All submittal requiremehts of Table 5. Drainage report and Traffic report may be waived for <br />conditional use permit for single family dwelling. Contact the Planning Department for the <br />required number of copies. <br />3. Drawing meeting the requirements of Table 6. Contact the Planning Department for the <br />required number of copies. <br />4. W ritten orvisual proof addressing the criteria established in Table 7 of the Teller County Land <br />Use Regulations. <br />Uses allowed under the provisions of a Conditional Use Permit may have additional criteria <br />specific to the use requested. W ritten or visual proof that the specific criteria for the request <br />must also be submitted. <br />
