RECORD OF PP.OCEEDINGS 100 Leaves'"" <br />MINUTES OF PIEETING OF JUNE 10, 1982 (COnt'd) <br />CASE NO. 64-82-C '(COnt'd) <br />Mrs. Allen had objected to this asphalt plant being placed right next <br />to her property, but now that it is going to be 1000 feet away, she is <br />satisfied. <br />4 <br />Mr. Stratton feels it should the duty of the County to govern all the <br />regulations that are set in these cases. <br />i <br />Ms. Russell said she was not notified of this hearing. She loves the <br />spinach field across the street and she hates to see this whole area <br />turn into gravel pits. <br />Recommendation. A motion was made by Ms. Johnston and seconded by Mr. <br />~~ Froyd that a recommendation of approval be forwarded to the Board of <br />County Commissioners, subject to: <br />1. Submittal to the Planning Department for review and approval ~ <br />of an acceptable landscape plan which mitigates off-site <br />~ visual impacts of the asphalt plant at this site prior to ' <br />its installation. ~ <br />2. The conditional use expiring January 1, 1998. <br />3. Not less than 809 of the aggregate to be processed~in the <br />asphalt batch plant being extracted £rom the Brannan <br />.. 132nd Avenue Subdivision. <br />4. Removal of the asphalt batch plant on completion of mining ~ <br />~~. :~ of the site should this date precede the expiration date <br />of the conditional use for the asphalt batch plant. <br />5. Berming to be placed for noise protection. <br />6.
