Recommendation: Approval, subject to: (6 to 1, Mr. Nott <br />voting nay) <br />a. Submittal to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval of an acceptable landscape plan which <br />mitigates off-site visual impacts of the asphalt <br />plant at this site prior to its installation. <br />b. The conditional use expiring January 1, 1988 <br />c. Not less than 80~ of the aggregate to be processed <br />in the asphalt batch plant being extracted from the <br />Brannan 132nd Avenue Subdivision. <br />d. Removal of the asphalt batch plant on completion of <br />mining of the site should this date precede the <br />expiration date of the conditional use for the <br />asphalt batch plant. <br />
