Due to the fact that there will be no dewatering <br />during mining and no discharge into any water <br />course, other than present, natural run-off, a <br />water quality permit is not required. <br />b. Enclosed, please find a copy of a letter from <br />Judith Hamilton, Geologist and Engineer, stating <br />that there should be no negative effect on <br />nearby wells. <br />4. Local Government Approval <br />a. We are aware of this requirement and are in the <br />process of obtaining a conditional use permit <br />from Adams County.
