After completion of mining,
this same topsoil will be used for reclamation
and approximetely 6 to 12 inches will be replaced
on affected areas. For verification, please
refer to Page 3 (Subsurface Conditions) of the
Preliminary Gravel Investigation prepared by
Fisherman Company and included in the written
report, and Map #7.
Reclamation Plan
We are in agreement with the recommended seed
mixtures as set forth in your letter and will
incorporate them into the plan.

Trees and shrubs, of the types described in the
written report, will be planted in clusters of
3 to 5 with space between trees of approximately
10 feet. Distance between clusters will be
approximately 50 feet. An average of 45 trees
andjor shrubs will be planted per acre. Upon
completion of Phase I Mining, the owners plan
to establish a nursery of trees seedlings to
be incorporated into the reclamation plantings.
8020 Federal Boulevard/Westminster, Colorado 80030/13031428-3258
