Rockcastle also requested Phase I bond release for backfilling and <br />grading for the entire mine site and Phase II bond release for revegetation at Pits 1, 2, 3, <br />5 and 6. <br />Please find the following enclosed documents regarding the bond release set forth <br />above: <br />1. Rockcastle Company Bond Release Request. <br />2. Appendix A, Evaluation of Postmining Configuration Relating to AOC <br />Requirements (with maps). <br />3.
