9.0 ALLOVI'ABLE NON-STORMWATER DISCHARGES <br />There are no imgation return flows or natural spring waters at this site that could combine with <br />stormwater discharges associated with this mining activity. <br />10.0 SWMP AVAILABILITI' <br />This SV1IvIP shall be made available to members of the public upon request. However, the <br />permittee may claim any portion of a stormwater pollution plan as confidential in accordance with <br />40 CFR Part 2. <br />This SWMP shall be made available to the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment, or any other State agency that may have jurisdiction over this site, on request. In <br />this case, no portion of this plan shall be claimed as confidential <br />SWMP CERTIFICATION <br />I certify under penalty of law that a complete Stormwater Management Plan, in compliance with <br />Part I.C.2 ofthe Sand and Gravel Mining general permit has been prepared and implemented for <br />my facility. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those <br />persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the Stormwater Management Plan is, to <br />the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete, and implemented as written. <br />I am aware that there are significant penalties for falsely certifying the completion of said SWMP, <br />including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations. <br />Operator/SWMP Administrator Date <br />NOTE: The Statement of Completion and Implementation of the SWMP must be <br />submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
