A <br />February 19 letter from the law firnr of Welborn, Dufford, Cook and Brown <br />describes improper service of NOV 82-E. A letter from David Shelton on <br />March 10 states that NOV 82-6 was vacated because "the evidence relating <br />to the violation. .is not substantial enough to warrant further pursuit <br />of the violation."
