Missouri has also called <br />the Motion to Dismiss the Central West suit and called the counterclaim. The <br />counterclaim basically requires payment of penalties and completion of <br />reclamation. If successful, the counterclaim would pierce the corporate veil <br />of Central West to reach Messrs. Collins and Smith. On October 71, 7988, a <br />hearing ryas held in Circuit Court.
